VSIA "Mihaila Čehova Rīgas Krievu teātris" invites you to join our team COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST Key Responsibilities: Ensure theatre communications aligned with current trends and technological opportunities; Proactively organize communications with the public, informing, educating, and promoting understanding of the theatre; Promote theatre brand and creative talent visibility and recognition; Ensure planning and coordination of informational campaigns and events; Organize and coordinate interviews of theatre representatives for television, radio, and other mass media; Prepare press releases reflecting the theatre's positions and current issues; Ensure and promote cooperation with theatre critics and other theatre representatives; Participate in marketing and organizing internal and external theatre events. Requirements for Candidates: Higher education in communications or marketing; One year of practical work experience in communications/marketing/public relations, preferably in arts, culture, or theatre; Desired experience in building communications with advertisers, sponsors, and other partners; Understanding of public relations and knowledge of the media environment; Strong organizational and communication skills; Strong text editing and preparation skills tailored to audience needs; Advanced (C1) level Latvian language proficiency.
