WORK DUTIES
As a pipe fitter with us, you work with the operation and maintenance of pipeline networks throughout the municipality. The work is varied and performed mainly outdoors, year-round. The work tasks include, among other things:
Preventive maintenance of pipeline networks
Emergency repairs
Excavation work
Leak detection
Replacement of water meters at subscriber locations
You are part of a work group where cooperation skills are important. The work is also performed independently and requires a sense of responsibility and initiative. Contact with subscribers means you need to have a professional and service-oriented approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has
Water and sewage competence in operation, maintenance, and new installations
Certification as a pipe fitter or relevant professional experience from work with water and sewage systems
Good technical understanding
B driver's license (Extended B license or BE is a merit)
Vocational certificate/operator's license for excavator and certificate for Work on Road (merit)
Knowledge of leak detection (particularly a merit)
