JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a leisure activity leader, you will work at our recreation centers, which includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
As a leisure activity leader, you are part of a team where we together create meaningful, activity-based, and developmental leisure time for our children and young people in their free time. We expect you to plan and implement various activities. Leisure activity leaders work not only at the recreation centers but also visit the municipality's middle and high schools, where you are expected to build relationships and conduct activities.
As a leisure activity leader, you communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders such as police, the prevention team, and schools. You will also represent the recreation centers and the leisure activity leader role in various contexts.
This position is a temporary contract for two months with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in social work and experience working with children and youth aged 10-16 years. You also have experience planning and organizing activities. A valid driver's license (category B) is required.
As a leisure activity leader, you are an important adult for our visitors, with the task of creating a safe and meaningful leisure experience. You work closely with children and young people and help plan, implement, and evaluate activities that strengthen community, participation, and personal development.
You have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are self-directed and responsible, with the ability to structure, plan, and manage your processes. At the same time, you are outgoing, good at collaboration, curious, and responsive to your surroundings.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
