We are now seeking a demolition technician to join our team working with dismantling and decommissioning of technical equipment throughout Sweden. Are you practically minded, organized, and comfortable with physical work where travel is a natural part of your daily routine? Then this role could be for you. About the role As a demolition technician at Coor, you will work with dismantling, removal, and decommissioning of technical installations. The position involves weekly commuting, which means you will normally be away and working at another location during the weeks. You will be based in the Mälardalen region and up to and including Dalarna, but will work on projects throughout Sweden. The work is physically demanding and includes heavy lifting, material handling, and work in varying environments. About you We are looking for someone who: - Is organized, responsible, and safety-conscious - Works well collaboratively and contributes to positive team spirit - Is comfortable with physically demanding work - Has the ability to do weekly commuting - Has very good physical condition as the work is physically demanding - Has documented experience from similar positions, minimum 1 year - Speaks and writes Swedish fluently - Holds a B driver's license. Preferably with access to your own car - Can undergo and pass a security vetting in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) Meritorious qualifications: - Basic knowledge of electrical or technical work - Documented experience with demolition, assembly, installation, or similar practical work What we offer - Varied work in a tight-knit team - Introduction and training in work procedures - Salary according to collective agreement - Wellness allowance and attractive benefits About the position - Employment type: Permanent employment - Employment level: 100% - Start date: August/September - Probationary period: 6 months The role is classified in the security class and security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
