Your Role
No two workdays are the same here—our operations run 24/7 and countless machines are rented out every day! We maintain a fast pace in the workplace, and each team member is key to ensuring our operations run optimally. Our depot in Norrköping is expanding, and we need to strengthen our team with an additional staff member. You will have a broad role that includes tasks related to machine and traffic control equipment returns, as well as considerable practical and physical work on the depot.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Work with traffic control arrangements
• Loading and unloading trucks with small and large machinery
• Machine return handling
• Basic inspections and cleaning of machinery
• Writing contracts and reports for completed assignments
• Delivering machinery and products to customers in the field
This role involves extensive customer contact, which requires high service standards and customer focus. Work hours are daytime with possible on-call duty in the future.
About You
In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities and attitude. You have completed upper secondary education and if you have experience with similar tasks, we view that as meritorious but not required.
It is a given for you to be service-minded and go the extra mile for customers and colleagues. Attention to detail, initiative, and stress resilience are qualities you possess. You are responsible, confident, and flexible, and can work both independently and collaboratively with others. Since you will be working with formatting contracts and reports, it is crucial that you feel comfortable with numbers and calculations.
You have a Class B driver's license, basic computer skills, and good Swedish language proficiency. It is advantageous if you have a Class BE driver's license, road work experience, and a forklift license; if not, we can provide these certifications.
