It is located on Umedalen in a natural area with beautiful buildings right next to the famous sculpture park. Here there are approximately 450 students and about 50 ambitious educators. The facilities include Umedalen Library, which has received the award "World-Class Library". The school works to ensure that students are given the conditions to develop the knowledge and skills required for further studies and to meet a complex world with hope and confidence in the future. Students should feel that they have a future to look forward to, where dreams can be realized. We are now looking for a resource pedagogue for work during the fall term! Your responsibilities The work involves providing support to students both individually and in groups based on their individual needs. Part of the position is located in our studio, where you work together with students and educators to create conditions for learning, development, and goal achievement. The assignment also includes supporting students in various teaching situations as well as during meals, with a focus on security, participation, and independence. You work closely with the school's other staff and actively contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. About you As a person, you are flexible and organized. You enjoy working in a dynamic school environment and can quickly adapt to students' needs while maintaining structure. You have a natural talent for and enjoy building good relationships with both students and colleagues as well as guardians. You have good collaboration skills and see the value of working together to create the best conditions for students' learning and development. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements Approved upper secondary education Experience working with children/teenagers in early teens Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing Valid clearance from the criminal record register Meritorious Trained childcare worker or other pedagogical education Experience working with children and young people at a middle school We look forward to your application!
