Båtsmansskolan is a secondary school with approximately 190 students in grades 7-9, as well as a municipal support group (SU-group). The school has a strong sense of community where all adults are equally important for student success. The school has a major focus on inclusion and finding success factors for student learning. It is a school with motivated students where we work with great focus on relationships. The school works partly across subjects and with several themed focuses each school year.
Your Assignment
We are looking for an engaged and relationship-building resource educator who wants to make a difference for a blind student in upper secondary school.
You have a genuine interest in building secure relationships and creating good conditions for learning. You are curious about technology and see opportunities in using digital tools to meet the student's needs and strengthen the student's independence.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsive, and has a solution-focused work approach. Together with the school's staff, you will contribute to an accessible, inclusive, and developing school environment. Pedagogical education is a merit.
You will work together with your colleagues in a teaching team.
Teachers work in three teaching teams on a rotating basis, and you will have affiliation with teachers in grade 9. To create security and collaboration, classes consist of approximately 20 students. In the team we work closely together and closely with students.
Requirements for the Position
You are a trained educator
• are interested in finding solutions for all conditions

• use digital tools as a natural part of pedagogical work
It is a merit if you have experience working as a teacher or resource educator. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
