Resource Pedagogue

We are seeking an engaged and competent resource pedagogue who wants to support, motivate, and encourage students with NPF diagnoses and intellectual disabilities in both schoolwork and social situations. You will participate in delivering instruction and support students during breaks and scheduled activity sessions. Close collaboration with teachers is essential to create an effective and supportive learning environment. You will also work at after-school programs and KTT according to curriculum goals and individual implementation plans. Students have a social context in the classroom, but most students need one-to-one instruction for most of the school day. The class team works as a unit and rotates among all students in the class. The work requires great flexibility, as students have significant individual needs and different circumstances. Your tasks include planning and implementing meaningful activities for students during the school day. You are responsible for supervision and safety throughout the day. You actively participate in the student's goal achievement and in work with scheduled activities, and collaborate with guardians in consultation with mentors. As a person, you are unpretentious and believe in collaboration. Good and trusting relationships with management, colleagues, guardians, and students are important to you. Qualifications We seek someone who wants to work as a resource pedagogue and who has a high school diploma from either the Child and Recreation Program, the Care Program, or an assistant education from YH. We would like you to have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
