Praktiska Gymnasiet in Örnsköldsvik is growing, and we are now seeking a resource teacher to strengthen our organization. Your Assignment This is a permanent full-time position starting according to agreement. You will teach and mentor our students and work as part of a team alongside your colleagues. The position combines teaching your own class as well as providing instruction to individual students or groups of students who need extra support and guidance to progress toward the school's goals. We see you as an important and driving force to develop the school with students at the center and in collaboration with colleagues. The subjects that may be of interest include the general upper secondary subjects, such as mathematics and Swedish. Beyond subject-specific instruction, like other teachers at the school, you will have responsibilities as a mentor and will coach students together with your colleagues in both social and academic development throughout their three years at Praktiska Gymnasiet. We communicate primarily through Schoolsoft and work in a Google environment through sharing of digital documents, calendars, and planning. Your Profile We are primarily seeking someone who is a certified upper secondary teacher or special education teacher in one or more general upper secondary subjects. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, and it is important to us that you are interested in working with Praktiska Gymnasiet's target group.
