Read more about them on our website: Our Benefits The Role and Responsibilities In this role, you combine strategic and coordinating responsibility with client-facing work. You work both to ensure the right services are in place and to provide practical and motivating support to people who need help creating a functional daily life. As a Resource Coordinator You are responsible for recruiting, assessing, and onboarding contractors, as well as developing and coordinating the service's resource pool. You match resources with client needs, coordinate new assignments, and are responsible for documentation, implementation plans, follow-ups, and ongoing contact with social workers, contractors, and clients. The role also includes some administration, quality assurance, and work with service procedures and legal requirements. As an Open Care Worker You work with residential support for people with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. Together with the individual, you create structure in their daily life, strengthen independence, and encourage participation. You provide support in practical and social situations, collaborate with other actors, and document services according to implementation plans and applicable legislation. Your Profile The requirements we have for you to be suitable for this position are: - A degree in education, psychiatry, or other relevant education. - Excellent knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) and good computer skills. - Category B driver's license. Meritorious qualifications for the position include: - Good knowledge of different disabilities, such as autism and ADHD. - Experience working with people in vulnerable and difficult situations. - Experience working with people with substance abuse issues.
