This means we are now recruiting several key personnel simultaneously, including a Resource Manager. Assignment As a Resource Manager in Svedala Municipality, you will have a developing and varied role where you contribute to the continued development of the operations. The position gives you the opportunity to work broadly with strategic and operational issues while building valuable experience and knowledge within care and health services. You will support your management colleagues with a main focus on daily operational support to managers within the organization. In consultation with managers and other staff members, you will follow up on operations based on set goals, participate in ongoing quality and development work, and implement targeted interventions during temporarily high workload periods. Furthermore, together with other unit managers, you will be responsible for streamlining work methods and ensuring that employees' competencies are used wisely. It may also be appropriate to serve as a substitute during another unit manager's absence, work that includes operational, budget, work environment, and personnel responsibility for the current unit/units. You will work within all areas covered by the elderly care, LSS, and social psychiatry operations but will not have your own area of responsibility. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing a planned staffing unit comprising a central unit with an associated personnel pool. You report to the Area Manager for Elderly Care and are part of the elderly care management group where you participate in associated meetings and collaborations. Together, we work to ensure that our working days are characterized by a positive work climate and a good work environment. Competence We are looking for you with a relevant academic degree, such as the social care program, social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You are an experienced leader with experience from the care and health services administration's operational areas, understanding of work in a politically governed organization, and the legislation related to the assignment. As a leader, you also possess good judgment, act according to values, and demonstrate both decisiveness and personal consideration. You have a genuine interest in people, are receptive, and possess the ability to utilize others' competencies and ideas. With good communication skills, you can easily build trust and good relationships with managers, employees, and trade unions. Your previous experience in leading work groups will serve you well here as you create the best conditions for joint development and learning. To drive the work forward, you are secure, stable, and take your own initiative for new suggestions and work methods. You are flexible and adapt to changed circumstances in a smooth, solution-focused, and motivated way. Through a clear holistic perspective, you can continuously act in the best interest of the operations. Your good economic knowledge demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between revenues and costs, which you then act upon. You understand and can therefore explain how different activities affect the financial results. You also have good IT skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. Driver's license (B) is a requirement. Work Time/Duration Permanent full-time employment. Start date by agreement. Salary Individual salary setting applies.
