Within the social care and health services administration, approximately 1,200 engaged employees work to provide support and care to those who need it in our municipality. Work takes place in elderly care, home care, services for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as child and family welfare.

As a Resource Manager with us, you'll take on a broad role where you step in as a manager during sick leave, extended time off, vacancies, or other temporary needs within the social care and health services administration.
You may work in residential care facilities, regular housing, health and medical care, services for people with disabilities and social psychiatry, or child and family welfare.
This position is for you if you are confident, experienced, and enjoy quickly getting up to speed in new operations, building relationships, and creating stability.

DUTIES
The position is organizationally placed in the administration and development unit. In your actual assignments, you will report to the respective operations manager and be part of that manager's management team.
This means that:
• you have your employment and primary affiliation in the administration and development unit
• in each assignment, you work closely with the operation you step into and follow its goals, structure, and working methods
• responsibility for working environment, personnel, and operational matters in daily work are handled under the supervision of the operations manager of the operation where you are temporarily working
Your drive lies in successfully leading, organizing, and developing work within the management area you temporarily oversee. You are expected to contribute to goal-setting and follow-up work in accordance with applicable policy documents and politically made decisions, and to promote good working conditions, quality, and continuity where you step in.
As a Resource Manager, you work closely with regular managers and are an important part of creating stability when it's needed most.

Qualifications:
• Appropriate academic education, for example, social work, personnel and organizational studies, behavioral sciences, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Several years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.
