Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable, safe, and experience joy in their work at our school. We are now seeking a resource for our special education group. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a resource, you will primarily work closely with specific students and groups. In this role, you actively work to create good relationships with both students and colleagues, and you collaborate closely with mentors and special education teachers. Your responsibilities also include close contact with guardians—you become an important link between school and home. Otherwise, tasks vary based on students' needs. During certain periods, instruction may take place in crisis school, working together with another resource. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma. It is advantageous if you have a pedagogical education and work experience working with children and young people, both within and outside the school environment. As a person, you are skilled at building good relationships. You are confident in your leadership and function as a good role model. Furthermore, you feel comfortable working with digital tools and various programs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term contract. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: Start date by agreement, end date: 2026-12-31.
