VFF—Operations for People with Disabilities—is seeking an engaged and confident leader with strategic capabilities. Are you a manager with experience leading care operations? We are now recruiting a new colleague to lead one of our two residential support units. We are looking for a leader who creates participation and helps employees develop. You collaborate with colleagues in the management group and other stakeholders. You have strong organizational and planning abilities based on current conditions and future transitions. You demonstrate genuine commitment and a salutogenic approach. Your Assignment As a results unit manager for residential support, you play a central role in shaping and developing the operation together with your team members. Residential support aims to strengthen individuals' ability to manage their daily lives as independently as possible within their capabilities. Residential support is a social and developmental intervention of a pedagogical nature, designed for people with disabilities. Support is tailored to each individual's needs and opportunities to develop a functional daily life. The intervention is based on the individual's needs and abilities and can be supportive or compensatory. You and one colleague share responsibility for residential support, requiring close daily collaboration where you support and inspire each other. In your role, you work closely with colleagues and staff, and together you build a modern operation focused on the user. You thrive with hands-on leadership and can make quick decisions. You will lead a team of 15–20 employees. You are actively involved and driven in development initiatives for the unit and operational area. You participate in the management group for Operations for People with Disabilities, contributing actively to strategic development work in the field. You have a relevant university degree in social work or behavioral science and have management experience. You are pedagogical, clear, and confident, able to support residential support staff in their work. You have a structured approach, embrace ideas, and listen actively. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: -Degree in social work/behavioral science -At least 2 years of management experience -Experience and knowledge of work within the LSS/SoL legal frameworks -Strong organizational abilities -Economic knowledge and experience Meritorious: -Management experience in social psychiatry or residential support -Driver's license We place great emphasis on your personal qualities!
