About the Position
We are seeking an Operations & Procurement Specialist who can support and coordinate the daily operations of our restaurant business.
The role combines operational coordination, inventory management, procurement, and supplier management, with the goal of ensuring that materials, consumables, equipment, and services are available in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily restaurant operations.
Align operational needs with management and restaurant and kitchen teams.
Oversee deliveries, services, inventory, and operational activities.
Identify and address operational delays, stock shortages, and delivery issues.
Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reports.
Support operational planning and process improvements.
Coordinate procurement of restaurant materials, equipment, and services.
Create and follow up on purchase orders.
Communicate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.
Coordinate receipt, storage, and internal distribution.
Follow up on delayed, missing, or incorrect deliveries.
Maintain accurate documentation regarding procurement, suppliers, and inventory.
Support supplier performance tracking, quote comparison, and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or another relevant field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, Supply Chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
Experience with procurement, supplier contact, inventory management, and operational coordination.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good English communication skills in a work environment; Swedish language skills are a plus.
Experience from hospitality, facility management, service operations, logistics, or retail is a plus.
