Apollon Restaurant is an established Turkish restaurant in Boden. We serve traditional dishes with authentic flavors from Turkish cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients and a passion for craftsmanship. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate cook who wants to become part of our team. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook traditional Turkish dishes such as grilled items and oven-baked specialties • Responsible for hygiene procedures and food safety according to applicable regulations • Plan menus in consultation with the head chef • Order raw materials and ensure that quality is maintained at the highest level • Work at a high pace while maintaining quality • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen Qualifications: • At least 1-2 years of experience as a cook in Turkish cuisine • Good knowledge of Turkish spices, techniques, and traditions • Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Food hygiene certification is a plus We Offer: • A dynamic work environment with opportunities for development • Competitive salary according to collective agreement • Opportunity for permanent employment
