We're now looking for someone who wants to lead our restaurant and take on significant responsibility for our entire operation. You lead your restaurant team with warmth and forward-thinking spirit, and you're driven to think creatively and look ahead. We have a well-stocked wine cellar, many beers in our coolers, and food prepared with great care. We're looking for your passion and expertise when it comes to food, service, and beverages. The key responsibilities you'll handle include: · Being a good role model and leading by example · Ordering and receiving deliveries · Inventory management · Invoice approval · Operational responsibility · Personnel management · Schedule planning according to office guidelines · Staff training · Standard operating procedures Since you'll be part of our management team, you'll need to think big and see our entire operation. At Biljardpalatset, you'll find an employer who values its employees. As part of the management team, you'll work closely with other leaders, especially the head chef and operations manager. Over the past ten years, we've made significant improvements in both our facilities and our methods, but standards are high and expectations are strong – we're far from satisfied. Together, we can accomplish so much more! You'll spend 90% of your time in service and receive strong support from central functions within our group. For the right person, there's potential to influence the beverage selection, though we're bound by central procurement decisions. You'll report to the Operations Manager on site. Start date to be agreed upon.
