Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the restaurant Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant's staff Ensure high service quality and a positive guest experience Plan and coordinate staffing and work distribution Ensure that routines for service, hygiene, and food safety are followed Act as responsible server in accordance with alcohol regulations Support the team in both serving and barista work when needed Contribute to the restaurant's development and create a positive work environment We're Looking For You If You Have documented experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry Have experience in table service Have strong knowledge of coffee and barista work Are a natural leader with good organizational skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented work approach Are at least 20 years old and meet the requirements to be a responsible server We Offer A leadership role in a growing and energetic restaurant concept The opportunity to influence and develop the business Collective agreement An engaged team with strong camaraderie and a focus on quality and service Good development opportunities and the possibility of expanded position for the right person Do you want to lead a team that is passionate about service and create memorable experiences for our guests?
