Plan staffing and scheduling. Ensure that routines, quality standards, and food safety regulations are followed. Drive sales and contribute to the continued development of the business. We're Looking for Someone Who Has several years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role. Is a confident and inspiring leader with a strong ability to create engagement. Has good financial understanding and experience with budget and profit responsibility. Is solution-oriented, organized, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Has a strong focus on service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English. We Offer A key role in an established restaurant.
