Do you want to lead operations at one of Stockholm's most unique gathering places? Karamellan Café & Restaurant at Drottningholm is now seeking a driven and responsible Restaurant Manager. We offer a varied leadership role in a historic setting with focus on both daily café-restaurant operations, banquet hall, and unique events. This is a permanent position starting immediately. Working hours are primarily daytime (we are open daily 10:00–17:00), with evening work for pre-booked dinners, weddings, and Christmas celebrations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be the owners' right hand. You will have overall responsibility for daily operations during your shifts and will actively work to train, guide, and motivate our team. Your main responsibilities include: Leading and distributing daily work in the cashier and dining room. Inventorying stock and creating order lists for food and beverages. Scheduling staff for cashier, service, and food runners. Handling group bookings, banquet hall events, weddings, and Christmas celebrations. Responsible for operations including opening and closing procedures. Driving business development forward together with the owners. We are seeking a strong and confident personality with natural leadership qualities who thrives in a social and international environment where the pace can sometimes be very high. Our business operates year-round but has a clear seasonal character – April to September is our absolute peak season, December is marked by Christmas celebrations, while January to March offers a slower pace. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have solid leadership experience and have previously worked with personnel responsibility in the industry. Have experience with events and preferably have worked with weddings and large orders. Are flexible and stress-resilient with strong organizational abilities.
