In this role, you are one of those who sets the tone for the entire guest experience. Around 400 guests pass through the restaurant and café each day, and you contribute to them being met with a greeting that is warm, professional, and maintains first-class standards. You are responsible for creating good flows even during the most intense periods and contributing to a secure and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. Examples of work tasks: Portion and serve daily meals Lead, guide, and support temporary staff Ensure quality and structure in service Handle cash registers and payments Work with espresso machines and basic barista tasks Ensure that the restaurant and café are clean, inviting, and well-prepared Here you make a difference for many people every day, and your ability to maintain high service standards, create work calm, and have an eye for detail is directly noticeable in the experience.
