Restaurant Associate/Surfers needed for Hawaii Poké Stockholm! We are looking for part-time employees. About the Job Since 2016, at Hawaii Poké we have been committed to providing our customers with healthy and delicious food made with fresh ingredients inspired by Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine. Hawaii Poké is growing every day and we are now looking for new Surfers for our existing and upcoming locations. Do you have experience in restaurants, fast food chains, large kitchens, or just a genuine passion for food, and are you interested in a service role characterized by fast pace, teamwork, and a love for customer service? Then you are the right person for us! As a person, you should be service-minded, motivated, and have good collaboration skills. You should be interested in healthy fresh food, be stress-resilient, and have a willingness to work hard. It is important that you are a team player and have a positive attitude. About the Role As a Surfer, you will be responsible for food preparation and sales with excellent service. The position also includes kitchen work including cleaning, dishwashing, unpacking, and restocking products. If you have the desire and ability to advance and train others, there are excellent opportunities within the company. Through our internal training programs and additional coaching, you can over time expand your areas of responsibility and gain greater influence as well as the opportunity to impact the restaurant's daily operations.
