We are now looking for a restaurant staff member who wants to work with enthusiasm and positivity in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. The position includes, among other things, preparation and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy. About Restaurant Tallkronan We are 12 happy employees working at MR Tallkronan located at F 21. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals to conscripts, employees, and visiting units. (Remove if not applicable) Since we operate within a protected facility, a criminal record check and confidentiality certificate are required. The record check must be clear, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operation takes place within a military area. Who are you? You are over 18 years old You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating You can take your own initiative and are flexible in your professional role You speak and write Swedish Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus Knowledge of serving is an asset A driver's license is a requirement.
