Restaurant Staff wanted for Kolgrill Kalmar. We are now seeking an engaged, responsible, and service-oriented employee who wants to be part of our team and contribute to a pleasant work environment while providing our guests with a great experience. In the role of restaurant staff, you will work with varying tasks such as preparation of raw materials, simple cooking and grilling work, serving, cash handling, and ensuring good hygiene and order in both the kitchen and dining area. The work often takes place at a fast pace, which requires that you are stress-resilient, flexible, and can work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is thorough and has a strong work ethic. You need to be responsible, punctual, and have a good sense of service. Previous experience from the restaurant industry is a merit but not a requirement, as we value the right attitude and willingness to learn highly. We want to emphasize that we are only seeking serious candidates who are genuinely interested in the position.
