Masala & More is seeking a kitchen assistant for our kitchen at Baltzarsgatan 12 in Malmö. We are an Indian restaurant with high quality, good atmosphere, and a committed team. Responsibilities Preparation and processing of raw ingredients before service Assistant work in the kitchen during service Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen, equipment, and premises Reception, inspection, and storage of product deliveries Inventory management and registration in inventory system Compliance with food hygiene and self-inspection procedures (HACCP) Ongoing handling of the restaurant's ordering system and cash registers We are looking for you who Are thorough and have good organizational skills Can work at a fast pace during service Are flexible with evening and weekend work Have good knowledge of Swedish or English Experience from restaurant kitchens is a merit but not a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability.
