Do you want to be part of creating memorable guest experiences in a unique mountain environment? We are looking for a dedicated restaurant manager who wants to lead daily restaurant operations and develop our service team. About the Position As restaurant manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our two restaurants, Backrestaurang Ripan and Trillevallens Högfjällshotell Bar & Matsal. You will lead and inspire staff, ensure high service quality, and work closely with the head chef and hotel management to create a well-functioning operation. Your Responsibilities Lead, schedule, and train restaurant, bar, and cashier staff. Manage daily operations in the restaurant and bar and be part of the operational activities. Handle reservations, special dietary requests, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally. Plan staffing, events, and the restaurant's daily workflow. Responsible for ordering, inventory, stocktaking, and monitoring waste and costs. Ensure the operation complies with applicable hygiene requirements and procedures. Collaborate with reception, kitchen, and other departments to provide our guests with a first-class overall experience. Are a confident leader who motivates and develops your team. Have strong organizational skills and an eye for quality and guest service.
