About the position
As a restaurant and coffee service employee, you will have a varied day where you combine work in the restaurant with responsibility for coffee service in the area. You will be an important part of our team and contribute every day to creating a positive experience for our guests and customers.
Your duties include:
Preparation and serving of food and beverages, both in the kitchen and dining room
Cash handling
Ensuring that the restaurant and work areas are clean and pleasant
Refilling, cleaning and simple service of approximately 100 coffee machines and vending machines in the area together with colleagues
Inventory, stock management and ordering of raw materials
Reading meters and daily contact with customers and operations
About Restaurant Furan
Restaurant Furan is located in Scania's area on Sandåsavägen in Oskarshamn. Eleven dedicated employees work here every day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to 350 guests.
We are also responsible for catering for meetings, conferences and larger staff events. In the area we also operate a 24/7 Market shop with a wide range of beverages, sweets and light meals.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who likes to provide good service, takes responsibility for their work and thrives in a role with many points of contact.
You:
Are at least 18 years old
Have a B driving license (required for the position)
Are service-oriented and meet people with a smile
Have good planning and organizational skills
Thrive working independently and taking your own initiative
Are flexible and solution-oriented
Find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships
Speak and write Swedish fluently
It is an advantage if you have experience from restaurants, cafés, service professions or work as a driver.
