We are now looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the department toward the goal of creating memorable experiences for all our hotel and conference guests. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. Curious about what the role entails? As Restaurant Manager, you report to the Food & Beverage Manager. In addition to personnel responsibility for head waiters and servers, the role involves continuously working in the restaurant while maintaining focus on increased profitability and achieving the department's set goals. You handle everything from bookings, payments, and requests—everything that ensures a smooth guest experience. The position involves working proactively with goal management and ensuring that every employee knows daily what they should contribute to achieve our overall goals. You will maintain our guest promise by delivering a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service. Personnel responsibility, staff development, and recruitment are a large and crucial part of the assignment. The position also involves ensuring that all key Food & Beverage concepts are followed to the letter. Laws and regulations related to health, environment, and safety will be your highest priority!
