We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in Ystad. He lives with his family and, due to his physical disability, needs assistance around the clock. He has only physical disabilities, so you will not be providing cognitive assistance. He leads an active life with many projects underway, and it's important that you as an assistant are comfortable with this lifestyle. Since there is considerable travel due to work, we require that you maintain a good personal appearance. Who are you? We believe you are flexible and enjoy new challenges. You are not uncomfortable visiting new places, as your workplace is wherever the client is located, which can be while traveling but of course also at home with the family. You are adaptable and have no problem with the fact that you won't quite know what your workday will look like. Furthermore, we believe you: Are a man between 25-50 years old. Speak fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Hold a Class B driver's license. Are humble and have the ability to empathize with other people's situations. Are someone who enjoys developing yourself through meaningful interactions with other people. Love to travel About the position 1-2 positions, part-time plus additional hours as needed. We have varying working hours depending on the client's needs. You will work long shifts with overnight on-call duty. The position includes considerable work-related travel.
