About the RoleAs a Parts Specialist at Solaris, you will be part of the warehouse and parts operations in Malmö. The role combines parts administration with practical warehouse work and suits you if you are comfortable with both administrative and operational tasks.
The majority of the work consists of order management and parts administration. You will register orders, identify the correct parts using exploded views and parts catalogs, and maintain ongoing contact with customers, technicians, and Solaris parts team in Poland. At the same time, you are part of the warehouse operations and help with picking, packing, and deliveries when needed.
You will, among other things:
- Handle incoming and outgoing parts
- Pick and pack materials
- Place parts orders via Solaris internal systems
- Interpret technical drawings and exploded views to identify the correct parts
- Maintain ongoing contact with workshops, technicians, and customers via phone and email
- Follow up on items and prices in collaboration with the Polish headquarters
You work closely with the warehouse manager and have many contact points both internally and externally. As part of the introduction, there is an opportunity to spend a week in Poland to get to know your colleagues and gain a good understanding of Solaris parts systems.
About YouWe are looking for you who have a technical interest and thrive in a role where administration, customer contact, and practical work go hand in hand. You are thorough and structured, while at the same time being unpretentious and willing to help where needed.
We would like to see that you have experience with order management, warehouse, or parts, but the most important thing is that you have good technical understanding and an interest in vehicles or technical components.
To succeed in the role, you need to have:
- Experience with order management, administrative work, or warehouse operations
- Good technical understanding
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Class B driver's license
- Good computer skills
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience with parts in the automotive or workshop industry
- Experience with Dynamics or Business Central
- Forklift certification
