Job Description
Maskin Väst is growing and needs to strengthen our aftermarket team!
You will play a central role in building strong and long-term relationships with our customers. Your main responsibilities will include selling parts and accessories in-store, processing orders, and providing product support.
The role also includes goods receiving, inventory management, maintenance, and some administrative tasks. You will also be involved in upselling and helping keep the store attractive and well-organized.

To succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, work in a structured manner, and have strong commitment to your work. You must be able to drive your own work forward and be motivated by continuously improving the customer experience. We work as a team, so it is important that you are humble and work well with others.
We would prefer someone with previous experience in a similar role. Experience with agricultural or construction machinery, as well as vehicle technical experience or training, is a plus.
A valid driver's license, computer skills, and fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) are required. A forklift certificate is a plus.
