Mechanum Tagene is now hiring a new Parts Advisor! About the Position As a Parts Advisor, you are responsible for ordering, receiving, and following up on spare parts for our service workshop. You ensure that the correct parts are in stock for scheduled workshop visits by monitoring deliveries and preparing upcoming work. In your daily work, you serve as important support to our technicians on questions related to spare parts and availability, while also contributing to good organization and structure in inventory and workflows. You work primarily with the service workshop but also support the damage workshop as needed. The role also involves some customer contact where you assist customers with spare parts-related questions and contribute to a professional and positive customer experience. Through close collaboration with the workshop, damage workshop, and customer reception, you are an important part of creating an efficient workflow and ensuring our customers receive high-quality service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the market's leading car brands – VAG, Volvo, BMW, MINI, and NIO – in a professional workshop environment where development and collaboration are central. Requirements: • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Swedish proficiency in speech and writing • Experience working with TACDIS and Automaster Meritorious: • Previous experience working with VAG, Volvo, BMW, MINI, or NIO. About Mechanum Mechanum is an authorized car workshop that since its founding in 2008 has actively worked to change customers' views of our industry by offering car service and damage repair at a quality and service level you have never experienced before. We are currently authorized for 15 brands. Mechanum has strong owners with long-term ambitions. To succeed, we need to recruit thorough, service-oriented, and innovative people for our operations. The position is full-time, 07–16, at our facility in Tagene, with a start date by agreement. A 6-month probationary period applies. Application deadline: 7/8-26.
