About the Position
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring an efficient spare parts and order flow between customers, market companies, and internal departments. You will work with follow-up, coordination, and communication regarding orders and deliveries, with a focus on ensuring customers receive the right information at the right time. You thrive in a role with many contact points where customer interaction, administration, and follow-up are a natural part of your daily work. You will become part of a competent and engaged team and work closely with colleagues in Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure efficient processes and high service levels.
In your role as Spare Parts Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
Customer contact and proactive communication regarding order status, deliveries, and discrepancies
Order handling and administration in SAP
Follow-up of order, delivery, and spare parts flows
Handling discrepancies and identifying improvement opportunities in processes
The position is located in Säffle.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in customer contact, order handling, administration, or similar tasks, preferably within manufacturing. You have good system skills and are comfortable working with business systems, where experience with SAP is a merit. Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive with many contact points, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, and work independently. You also have the ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and drive issues forward.
