Travel Coordinator

Din Tur Customer Center in Ånge employs approximately 35 people who coordinate publicly funded transportation in the most cost-effective way possible and provide customer service for public transit. We have an important role in society, and now you have the chance to join us! Exciting! But what does the role involve? As a travel coordinator, you will work to create a positive customer experience for our passengers. Your tasks will include receiving orders via phone for demand-responsive public transportation (such as ride services and medical transport), coordinating these trips, and handling inquiries and matters related to public transit. Our working hours vary and include daytime shifts, early evenings, and weekend service. Who are you? You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions with the customer in focus. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You take your own initiative at work and thrive in a social role with varied pace, where high-pressure situations sometimes require your stress resilience. You are comfortable using the phone as a tool, have strong administrative skills, and are proficient with computers. You must have excellent Swedish language skills and be fluent in English. Today and in the future, we are reducing the region's negative environmental impact by offering advantageous alternatives to the car.
