About the Position This is a true traveling position for someone who enjoys being out on assignments and working in varying environments. As a traveling welder, you will work both in production and at customer sites with installation, assembly, and customization of Sveba Dahlen's equipment and systems. Travel is a natural and important part of the role. Assignments can vary from approximately 3 days up to 4 weeks at a time, both within Sweden and internationally. Therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates mobile work and has the ability to travel frequently as part of the job. You will gradually receive training in the company's products and technical solutions, including training to develop within the role and become a specialist in the company's equipment and installations. When you are not on traveling assignments, you will work with assembly, welding, and manufacturing in the company's production. Job Responsibilities MIG and TIG welding Mechanical assembly and final assembly Blueprint reading and quality control Installation and assembly at customer sites Traveling service and installation assignments Troubleshooting and practical problem-solving work Collaboration with colleagues in production and projects The position is based on daytime hours, but travel and overnight stays are a natural part of the work. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has vocational technical training or equivalent experience Has experience with welding and industrial assembly Is accustomed to reading and working from technical drawings Enjoys practical and physical work Has a solution-oriented and self-driven work approach Is flexible and appreciates variation in work Enjoys traveling and working at different locations for extended periods Has good collaboration skills and a positive attitude Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written Has a Class B driver's license Other Information This position is a recruitment hire with good opportunity for direct employment at the client company after the hiring period.
