Do you enjoy getting advanced technology to work – and helping people succeed with it? With us, you'll work with some of the market's most advanced large format production machines: printers, screen printing equipment, and finishing systems from Epson, Roland, Mimaki, Summa, and Canon, among others – plus the software that ties it all together, from RIP and color management to automated production workflows.
One day you're installing a new printer at a print shop in Malmö. The next day you're troubleshooting a color workflow remotely or training operators on-site at a customer in Gothenburg. The variety is substantial – and you'll quickly become a person our customers trust. You'll be based in your home location in southern Sweden – for example, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Malmö – and will be responsible for the region, with support from our head office in Vällingby.
What you do with us
• Installation and commissioning. Assembly of new machines and integration with the customer's existing systems and networks.
• Training. You teach operators how to use, maintain, and get more out of their equipment – including safety reviews.
• Service and troubleshooting. Analysis and resolution on-site at the customer's location, from mechanics and electronics to software.
• Support. By phone, remote access, and email – from your home office or on-site at the customer.
• Systems consultation. If you have the right skills, you'll have the opportunity to focus your services more toward software, workflows, and integration – an area we're growing in.
Our customers often work against tight deadlines. This means planning sometimes changes on short notice – and your contribution makes a real difference to their production. As a service technician, you're the company's face to the outside world.
Who you are
You're a technical problem-solver who's equally comfortable with a screwdriver in hand as in an operating system. You enjoy meeting people, are a good communicator, and express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing. Since this is a travel position, you need to appreciate working at customer locations throughout southern Sweden, with overnight stays when assignments require it.
Requirements:
• Category B driver's license
• Technical competence in both hardware and software
• Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
Merits:
• Experience with service work or production in the graphics industry
• Knowledge of RIP software (such as Caldera or Onyx) and color management
• Technical or graphic design education
• Knowledge of networking, scripting, or programming
You don't need to know everything from day one – you'll receive thorough onboarding and work alongside experienced colleagues until you're confident in the role.
What we offer
• Company car
• Private healthcare insurance, wellness allowance, and pension contributions
• Certification training from our suppliers – you'll stay continuously updated on new technology
• A small, skilled team with short decision-making paths and great freedom with responsibility
• Good opportunities to influence both your own role and how we develop our business – own initiatives and projects are encouraged
