ABOUT THE ROLE YOU'RE SEEKING As a service technician at SAPS, you will work with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and preventive maintenance of Cleveron package robots. The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy technology, problem-solving, and working independently at customer locations. Our team in Gothenburg is responsible for a large geographic area covering Halland, Western Sweden, and Norway. The position therefore involves considerable travel and periodic overnight stays. When traveling with overnight accommodations, per diem is provided. Cleveron package robots are automated solutions for package delivery. Unlike a traditional package box, packages are loaded into an automated facility which then handles and delivers the correct package when the customer arrives to pick up their shipment. To work independently with the package robots, you will undergo a two-week training program where you will gain the technical knowledge required to install, service, and work with the equipment. After completing the training, you will continue to develop your skills together with our other technicians. It is important that you have good English, as we communicate in English with Cleveron support via chat during every assignment. We also work with other customers on similar technical tasks that you will also perform to fill your time.
