About CanMan CanMan is a rapidly growing company in the beverage industry. We specialize in canning beverages and operate at multiple locations in Sweden, including Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, and Östersund. The company has recently made investments to expand its production facility in Gothenburg and has had a new co-owner since early 2024 in the form of Kiviks Musteri. Job Description: Are you interested in the packaging industry or brewery business and want to be part of an exciting journey in a rapidly growing company? Then we have the job for you! Your role will be to operate one of our mobile canning machines based out of Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is handy and resourceful with knowledge of machinery. The work is conducted independently under your own responsibility at the customer's site. The job involves traveling with overnight stays in other locations, both within and outside Sweden. With Stockholm as your base, but work takes place almost exclusively at other locations with overnight stays Monday to Friday; in some cases, travel may be required on weekends. Your main responsibilities will be to: Transport canning equipment and install it at the customer's site. Plan and execute canning operations and control and ensure that the correct quality is achieved. Constantly strive to meet set goals and improve work processes. Requirements We are looking for someone who has at least upper secondary education or equivalent work experience. We also see that you have a Class B driver's license, as travel to customers is done individually with a company vehicle. You are quality-conscious, driven, meticulous, and have the ability to identify, analyze, and practically solve problems. Furthermore, you have a desire to develop and grow. You are a team player who enjoys working with different colleagues within the company and switching between different tasks. In addition to relevant knowledge and experience, we place great importance on personal qualities. It is a merit if you have experience from the packaging industry, preferably with a connection to breweries or the beverage industry. You have a strong ability to independently drive your work forward but you are also meticulous and easily take instructions and are a good listener. You find it easy to work in a team with people sometimes in stressful situations with working hours that can often be long. As a person, you are also goal-oriented.
