J Gruppen is expanding in Europe and the Middle East and is now looking for several traveling technicians who want to contribute to major, international projects. With us, no two weeks are the same: one week you're installing a crane system in Norway, next month you're on an Autostore installation in Denmark, and after that a conveyor system in the USA. You'll become part of a tight team of colleagues who together handle some of the industry's largest and most technical assignments. About J Gruppen We are an independent contractor specializing in mechanical and electrical installations with headquarters in Sweden and offices in the USA and Dubai. We have projects primarily in Sweden, USA, Norway, Denmark, and Finland — and ongoing projects on other international markets. Our customers are the world's largest system integrators, and we specialize in the installation and maintenance of crane systems, conveyor systems, and Autostores. What You'll Do With Us • Autostore — install robotic warehouses that the world's largest e-commerce companies build their operations on • Conveyor — build conveyor systems and rollers in automated warehouses and production facilities • Crane — install crane and lifting systems in heavy industrial and production environments • Service, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at customer locations • Read and follow assembly and manufacturing drawings • Work in tight teams — with both Swedish and international colleagues We're Looking for You If You • Have a technical background (industrial, mechanical, automation, construction, or similar) • Are comfortable working with your hands and are experienced with tools • Are comfortable working at heights • Speak English at least at B1 level (Swedish is a plus) • Have a class B driver's license — C and CE are merits • Want to travel and experience new environments, both nationally and internationally Merits • Experience with industrial assembly, crane, conveyor, or Autostore installation • Forklift certification, lift certification, hot work certification, or welding certificate • Tax number in Sweden, Norway, or Finland We Offer • Large, international projects with the industry's leading players • A team where competence matters more than CV lines • Travel, per diem, accommodation, and work clothes • Individual salary based on experience • Opportunity to grow — from technician to supervisor to project manager Does This Sound Like You?
