What the role entails As an installer at OneCo, no two days are the same. Your workplace is all of Sweden, and your tasks include everything from installing cabling, routers, and radio link equipment to assembling 48-volt power systems. The work sometimes involves uninterrupted power installation, and sometimes climbing masts to mount antennas and fixtures weighing up to 600 kilos. Work is primarily done in two-person teams, and you have considerable autonomy. Quality and precision are crucial in this role. We prioritize getting the work done correctly, even if it takes a bit longer. Installations are approved through physical inspection together with the customer, which places high demands on a meticulous and solution-oriented work approach. There is an opportunity to obtain a mast certificate during employment. It is advantageous if you have experience with cabling installation power or electrical installation assembly and disassembly of routers and switches assembly and disassembly of radio link equipment assembly of antennas and fixtures in masts commissioning and software installation in technical equipment other telecom work tasks Who are you?
