About the role
As a repair technician at our client Swemaint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that railway vehicles and equipment function optimally. You will work with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, and replacement of mechanical parts. Your attention to detail and technical skills will help maintain the highest safety standards and efficiency within the railway network. Common work tasks include wheel replacements, brake testing, replacement of wear parts on heavy vehicles. The work is conducted outdoors and you should enjoy working with your hands, year-round.
We are looking for you with
Experience in mechanical work, either as a hobby or professionally. It doesn't matter if it's mechanics as a hobby and cars or if you actually have a job in the field. What matters is that you are interested in the profession.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious: C-license and welding certification
