We are now looking for a maintenance technician who wants to become an important part of our team in the East area – an area that represents approximately half of our rental property portfolio in the eastern part of Värnamo, Bor, and Rydaholm.
Your Responsibilities
As a maintenance technician at Finnvedsbostäder, you have an important mission – to work together with your colleagues to create conditions for our tenants to feel at home and safe in their apartments.
You work with varied tasks in and around our properties and are often the person who meets tenants in their daily lives. This means that your interpersonal skills and service mindset are just as important as your technical abilities.
Examples of work tasks:
· Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing
· Responsible for communication and feedback regarding repair work
· Participation in preventive measures related to safety, fire prevention, and security
· Procurement of materials
· Minor maintenance projects
· On-call availability for urgent issues outside regular working hours
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is handy, positive, and service-oriented team player. You thrive in close collaboration with colleagues, bring energy, and have a natural ability to build good relationships. You enjoy meeting different types of people and treat everyone with respect and warmth.
You are also solution-oriented and your work approach is characterized by responsibility and initiative.
Formal Requirements:
· Valid driver's license (Category B)
· General computer skills
· Swedish and English fluency in speech and writing
· Secondary education in electrical work, construction, or plumbing and/or relevant professional experience
