Your Role
As a rental agent, you will handle our customers' car rental experience throughout the entire journey, from booking and pickup, to return, as well as manage follow-ups and inquiries that come in.
Your Responsibilities
Customer interactions over the counter, via phone, and by email.
Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
Risk assessment.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Damage control inspections.
Vehicle maintenance.
Delivery of rental cars.

You Have
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Class B driver's license for at least 1 year.
Good computer skills.
Your Working Hours
The station operates on a rotating three-week schedule, which includes Saturdays every third weekend.
Week 1: 08:00-17:00
Week 2: 06:50-15:50
Week 3: 10:00-18:00 plus Saturday 08:00-12:00
The position also involves on-call duty every third week, where you will, among other things, answer incoming calls outside regular working hours. On-call compensation is arranged separately.

About the Employer
