Your role As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from start to finish—from booking and pickup to return—as well as handle follow-up questions and inquiries. We operate on a rotating schedule where you work daytime some weeks and evening shifts other weeks. Your responsibilities Customer interactions at the counter, by phone, and via email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and maintain customer relationships. About you Trustworthy. Natural service orientation. Results-driven. Responsible. Able to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You have Good English skills, both spoken and written. Valid driver's license for at least 1 year. Good computer skills. Ability to work both day and evening shifts. Working hours At Sixt Arlanda, you work on a rotating 7-week schedule where you alternate weekly between 07:00-15:30, 11:30-20:00, and 15:30-24:00. You work approximately every other weekend.
