Your role As a rental agent, you will handle our customers' car rental experience all the way through, from booking and pickup, to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries. Working hours You and your colleagues work on a rotating schedule where you shift weekly between the following times: 06:30-15:00 11:15-20:15 You will also work approximately every third weekend. Average weekly working hours are 38.25h as you also work certain public holidays. Your responsibilities Customer interactions over the counter, by phone, and by email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Delivery of rental vehicles. Administrative tasks About you Trustworthy. Natural customer service orientation. Results-driven. Responsible. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You have Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. B driving license for at least 1 year. Good computer skills.
