Your Role As a rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as car washing, damage inspection, and fueling. Your Responsibilities Customer interactions over the counter, by phone, and by email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Damage inspection. Car care. Delivery of rental vehicles. About You Trustworthiness. Natural service orientation. Results-driven. Responsible. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You Have Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license for at least 1 year with manual transmission authorization. Good computer skills. Working Hours You will work on a two-week rotation where you work 07:00-16:00 one week and 09:00-18:00 the other week. Work is Monday-Friday.
