Qualifications You have completed upper secondary education. As a person, you should be outgoing, initiative-taking, and have a willingness to contribute to developing both yourself and our operations. The position requires a Class B driver's license. We apply a 6-month probationary period. As an employee at one of our recycling centers, your main task is to work to reduce the amount of waste going to incineration and contribute to a larger share going to material recycling and reuse. To succeed with this, you guide our customers to sort their bulky waste correctly while maintaining order and organization at the centers. In addition to customer contact, the work may include, for example, arranging containers with the help of a wheel loader, handling hazardous waste, maintaining good order and organization, and performing certain administrative tasks.
