MAINTENANCE WORKER

WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH:
performing daily inspections of buildings, structures, and premises, identifying damage and necessary maintenance or repair work
performing small-scale repair and maintenance work in buildings and on premises
installing, mounting, moving, and dismantling furniture, equipment, and operational inventory
monitoring the operation of building engineering systems within your competence and, if necessary, organizing damage repairs
acting in emergency and unforeseen situations by informing responsible persons and engaging specialists when needed
ensuring procurement and storage of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for work
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
basic or secondary education
practical experience in performing small-scale repair and maintenance work
ability to safely and properly use hand and power tools
understanding of basic principles for maintaining buildings, structures, and engineering systems
responsible, careful, and precise approach to work
ability to independently organize and perform assigned work tasks
good cooperation and communication skills
appropriate physical fitness for performing job duties
Category B driving license
state language proficiency (at least level A 2)
