SIA "Jelgavas nekustamā īpašuma pārvalde" is hiring a MAINTENANCE WORKER for the Emergency Services team. We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented employee with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can adapt and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform prompt and efficient repair work in residential buildings. Emergency localization: urgent repair of water supply, sewage, and heating network damage. Utility network repairs: maintenance and repair of residential building heating, water supply, and sewage systems. Structural repairs: repair and restoration of window, door, lock, and other component damage. Other building maintenance and repair work. Candidate Requirements: Practical work experience in construction or repair work. Category B driver's license. State language proficiency (minimum B2 level). Ability to respond quickly and work in changing conditions (emergency situations). The Company Offers: Salary from 8.00 EUR/h gross and social benefits.
