NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CENTRE, State SIA (Reg. No. 50003342481) invites you to join our team Infrastructure Maintenance Department Facilities Management and Support Division Tvaika Street 2, Riga BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKERS (profession code: 9313 02) (fixed-term position, with the possibility to extend the employment contract to an indefinite period on a full-time basis) Your main responsibilities: Move, assemble, disassemble, and repair room equipment and furniture. Perform interior, exterior, building door, window, and lock repair work. Monitor interior and exterior lighting operation, perform component replacement if you have the appropriate and valid electrical safety certificate. As needed, participate in loading and other facility maintenance work. Inform your direct supervisor about identified deficiencies, damage, and necessary repairs or improvements. Regularly care for work inventory issued to you by performing its maintenance and upkeep. We are looking for a colleague who has: Basic education or basic-level professional education. Skills to work with various tools and/or equipment. Preferred work experience in the construction-related field. Ability to select appropriate materials and their quantities, prepare and apply calculations. Ability to complete assigned work within specified deadlines. Teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular salary of 1050.00 EUR (gross). Social guarantees and other allowances in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement. Normal working hours - 40 hours per week. Employment contract - fixed-term (with the possibility to extend to an indefinite period). Health insurance after the probation period. Accident insurance from the first day of work.
